The Ruby Skirt features buttons down the front, roomy patch pockets and a wide waistband which is elasticated at the back and flat at the front. The elastic makes Ruby easy to fit and comfortable to wear, whilst the flat front makes her very flattering.
This pattern is designed for light to medium weight woven fabrics. Try her in a viscose, rayon or crepe for plenty of movement, a cotton poplin, lawn or even a chambray for a more structured look. Use a beautiful print, or sew her up in a solid colour to wear with your patterned me-made tops.
Ruby pairs especially well with a jersey top like our Audrey Top, Edie Top, Alice Top, Lucia Top or the Ultimate T-Shirt for a more casual look.

So what is a PDF pattern?
A PDF pattern is a downloadable pattern that you print yourself at home on A4 or US letter paper. Alternatively you can choose to have the copyshop files printed on large A0 paper, and posted to you at home. If you’re using the A4 or US letter options, simply download, print at home, tape together and let the sewing begin! When you print the pattern, print at 100% (you might have to uncheck the scale box). Print page 1 first, the square should measure 10cm x 10cm.
