Get to know the Ultimate T-Shirt
Meet your new go-to sewing pattern! The Ultimate T-Shirt is great for jersey beginners, and an absolute breeze for more experienced sewers. This pattern comes together incredibly quickly, and there are lots of variations, so you can personalise it to suit your style.
The bodice of the Ultimate T-Shirt is nice and long so it won’t ride up when you wear it over jeans, but it also looks great tucked into smarter trousers and skirts, ready for the office. She’s the perfect companion for our Ultimate Jeans pattern, as well as the Mia Jeans from our City Break eBook.
The Ultimate T-Shirt pattern is aimed at Confident Beginners and comes in sizes UK 6-30, split into two different blocks: sizes 6-20 are drafted for a B cup, sizes 18-30 are for a D cup with an added bust dart for extra shaping.
With three different necklines and sleeve lengths to choose from, you can make up to 9 different versions of this pattern! It’s one of those patterns you’ll be making over and over again, and it will be a great one to hack and combine with other patterns too. Choose between a crew, scoop or V neck and make the sleeves short, 3/4, or full length.
Our wonderful Pattern Insiders made so many versions of the Ultimate T-Shirt. It’s such a quick and satisfying make and we love how different each version looks.
