It’s time for one of our earliest patterns to get a makeover: say hello to the Pussy Bow Blouse Add-on Pack!
The Pussy Bow Blouse was one of our first releases and she’s been going strong ever since. She’s a true Sew Over It classic.
With the Add-on Pack, we’ve added some beautiful details to turn her into a stylish button-up blouse!
Use the Add-on Pack to add a button placket to the Pussy Bow Blouse, as well as a new front piece that beautifully gathers into a yoke.
We’ve also given you an oversized tie for more drama and new instructions on how to create a wider sleeve with an elasticated hem. If you prefer, you can also add the tie and cuffed sleeves from the original pattern to your new yoked button-up.

The Pussy Bow Blouse Add-on Pack is aimed at Intermediate sewists, but sewn in a stable fabric like cotton lawn, it can be tackled by a Confident Beginner.
