We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 48 hours. During sale times and over bank holidays, Easter and Christmas periods, this could take a little longer.

If you place an order which you need sending urgently, please get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

UK Standard Delivery  – from £2 or free when you spend £75 or more

Our parcels are dispatched with Royal Mail who aim to deliver your order within 24 hours, however deliveries within the UK can take up to 1 week to arrive during busy periods.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight so the exact price will appear at checkout.

Our current postage costs are:

Up to 200g: £2
200g-750g: £3.75
750g+: £4.75

More items will cost more money and if your order is really big and weighs over 20kg then it may be sent by courier or in two parcels via Royal Mail.

Please make sure to select the correct shipping rate at checkout, as mistakes cannot be rectified later and no refunds will be given.

International Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated by weight so the exact price will appear at checkout. It is really hard to summarise the costs for international deliveries, so if you would like an idea of how much the shipping for your order will cost, add your items to your basket and use the Calculate Shipping function.

Tracked International Delivery – Royal Mail aim to deliver your order within 3 – 5 working days following dispatch. However during busier periods and if your order is being delivered to a remote destination Tracked International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

We ship from our studio in London, UK and so orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. We have no power over these charges and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay them.

If customs charges are refused by the customer and parcels are returned, then customers are liable for any costs of that return postage.

Orders weighing over 2kg will be sent by courier.


We hope that you’ll be happy with the products you buy from us. Given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on most items.

Cut fabric, trims and ribbons will not be refunded (unless faulty or the description was incorrect) as once they are cut we cannot resell these items.

PDF patterns and our classes and tutorials are non refundable.

If you’ve made a mistake with Copyshop printing, get in touch on [email protected] as we may be able to offer you an exchange once you’ve posted the pattern back to us.

Paper patterns can be returned to our studio but return postage is the buyers responsibility.
