Refund policy

We hope that you’ll be happy with the products you buy from us. Given the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on most items.

Cut fabric, trims and ribbons will not be refunded (unless faulty or the description was incorrect) as once they are cut we cannot resell these items.

PDF patterns and our classes and tutorials are non refundable.

If you’ve made a mistake with A0 printing, get in touch on shop@sewoverit.com as we may be able to offer you an exchange once you’ve posted the pattern back to us.
