Introducing the Hebden T-Shirt, a Raglan Top for Women & Men!
We’re so excited to bring you a brand new online class on our Stitch School platform. Meet the newest addition to the Sew Over It pattern family, the Hebden T-Shirt!
Hebden is a raglan sleeved t-shirt with fits for both women and men. Bringing more men’s patterns into our collection is something we’re really excited about doing, so we’re delighted to offer Hebden for the guys too!
The two individually designed patterns are sewn up in exactly the same way, so you can follow Lisa’s expert video and written tuition whichever version you’re making.
Hebden makes the perfect quick and easy-to-sew present. Whip one up for someone you love this Christmas, or go matchy-matchy and sew identical versions for your favourite couple! We also think it’d make a fantastic pyjama top, paired with our Ultimate Pyjama bottoms. Everyone loves new PJs at Christmas!
The Hebden T-Shirt can be made in either cotton jersey, or something with a little more drape such as viscose, tencel and bamboo. A light to medium weight knit fabric is perfect. Something heavier such as ponte di Roma isn’t recommended. We think it looks great in two contrasting fabrics, with the sleeves and neckband in one colour, and the body in another to really show off the raglan construction. Make sure to choose fabrics of the same or similar weight if you’re going to mix and match.
Hebden is one of our Project classes, so if you’re a Basic or Premium subscriber on Stitch School, it’s yours to access straight away. Just log in to your account to find it!
