Sew a beautiful outfit for spring and summer with the Jemima Jumpsuit & Dress PDF sewing pattern!

The Jemima Jumpsuit & Dress pattern features a flattering V-neck both at the front and back with wide bra-covering straps. We wanted to create a stylish jumpsuit pattern, but if you’re not a jumpsuit fan, we’ve got you covered with the dress version, featuring the same mirrored pleats in the front bodice and trousers/skirt.

With no tricky closures, Jemima is shaped with narrow elastic at the back waist only, so you can easily get it on and off whilst keeping the gorgeous pleats flat at the front. The neckline and armholes are finished neatly with an all-in-one facing.

Make your outfit more casual by wearing it with trainers and a t-shirt underneath, or dress it up with a pair of heels and some statement jewellery.

Jemima looks great in a solid colour to really show off the pleats, and she makes a beautiful print shine. A drapey viscose or crepe will work for both versions, and for the jumpsuit you could also use a slightly more structured fabric like viscose linen or chambray.

Fabric Suggestions
We recommend lightweight woven fabrics with lots of drape, such as rayon, viscose or crepe. For the jumpsuit version you could also use something with more structure like a viscose linen or a chambray.

Sizing & Fabric Requirements

The Jemima Jumpsuit & Dress pattern is sized between UK sizes 6-30 and is split into two different blocks, sizes 6-20 (B cup) and sizes 18-30 (D cup). See the chart for details on fabric requirements.

Like all our patterns, the sizes are nested to make it easier to grade between the sizes, depending on your measurements.

What will I receive?

So what is a PDF pattern?
A PDF pattern is a downloadable pattern that you print yourself at home on A4 or US letter paper. Alternatively you can choose to have the copyshop files printed on large A0 paper, and posted to you at home. If you’re using the A4 or US letter options, simply download, print at home, tape together and let the sewing begin! When you print the pattern, print at 100% (you might have to uncheck the scale box). Print page 1 first, the square should measure 10cm x 10cm.
