Quick to make and easy to wear, the Poppy Playsuit was designed for those hot summer days hanging out at the park, lazing on the beach, or strolling round the shops. Versatile, fun and simple to style, you can make her with short or long legs to suit your style. Make a casual Poppy for daywear with the short leg, or choose the long version and pop on some heels for some evening glam.

With a loose-fitting style, it’s super flattering on all figures. The Poppy Playsuit features a wide neckline, grown-on sleeves, a keyhole back opening, an elasticated waist, cuffs at both the legs and armholes, and a choice of long or shorter leg. With no tricky zips or buttonholes, it’s quick to construct. She’s a satisfying evening project for beginners and a quick make for the more experienced amongst you.

So what is a PDF pattern?
A PDF pattern is a downloadable pattern that you print yourself at home on A4 or US letter paper. Alternatively you can choose to have the copyshop files printed on large A0 paper, and posted to you at home. If you’re using the A4 or US letter options, simply download, print at home, tape together and let the sewing begin! When you print the pattern, print at 100% (you might have to uncheck the scale box). Print page 1 first, the square should measure 10cm x 10cm.
