Ruby Skirt PDF Sewing Pattern

Ruby Skirt PDF Sewing Pattern

FREE PDF Pattern in sizes 6-30

Sew a stylish button front midi skirt with our FREE Ruby Skirt PDF pattern!

The Ruby Skirt features buttons down the front, roomy patch pockets and a wide waistband which is elasticated at the back for comfort and easy fitting, and flat at the front.

This pattern is designed for light to medium weight woven fabrics. Try her in a viscose, rayon or crepe for plenty of movement, a cotton poplin, lawn or even a chambray for a more structured look. Use a beautiful print, or sew her up in a solid colour to wear with your patterned me-made tops.

Ruby pairs especially well with a jersey top like our Audrey Top, Edie Top, Alice Top, Lucia Top or the Ultimate T-Shirt, for a more casual look.

The Ruby Skirt is a PDF Pattern available for FREE to all our newsletter subscribers. Sign up today to receive your personal download link! You can print the pattern at home and tape the pages together, or save yourself some time by ordering a copyshop print and having us print it for you on A0 sheets here.

Once you’ve downloaded your pattern, why not sew it up in the company of Rosie in our FREE online workshop on Stitch School? Find out more here.

What is a PDF pattern?

A PDF pattern is a downloadable pattern that you print yourself at home on A4 or US letter paper.

Choose to add on A0 printing and we will print the pattern on our A0 printers and post it to you so all you need to access digitally is the instruction booklet.

If you're using the A4 or US letter options, simply download, print at home, tape together and let the sewing begin! When you print the pattern, print at 100% (you might have to uncheck the scale box). Print page 1 first, the square should measure 10cm x 10cm. Never used a PDF pattern before and would like some help? Learn everything you need to know in our free tutorial How to Assemble a PDF Pattern

Is this sewing pattern layered?

Yes! This pattern is layered so you can print off just the size(s) that you need. Find out more about layering here.

Like all our patterns, the sizes are nested to make it easier to grade between the sizes, depending on your measurements.
