The Hazel Trousers are the new and improved version of our Ultimate Culottes sewing pattern. We have extended the sizing to our full UK 6-30 range and we've added a gorgeous full length version alongside the original cropped version.

They are designed to sit on the natural waist, and come with two finishing options: Version 1 includes a waistband with lovely wide belt loops. Version 2 is finished with a neat facing on the inside. Both options feature single darts at the front and double darts at the back for shaping, with an invisible zip in the side seam.

The perfect introduction to sewing trousers, the Hazel Trousers are easy to sew and easy to fit, but you'll still learn some essential sewing, pattern hacking and fitting skills along the way all accompanied by fully captioned video lessons, illustrated instructions and additional downloadable resources.
